Returns & Exchanges

It's important to me that my girls love the clothing you order from my boutique, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I invite you to take advantage of our Easy Returns & Exchanges Program

  • Returns are accepted for a full refund as long your return is initiated within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • All merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.  If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you will not be refunded and items will be sent back for a $10 return fee
  • PLEASE NOTE: The following items are ineligible for returns or exchanges and are considered FINAL SALE: Perfume, Jewelry, Sale, and Clearance Items 

How To Initiate A Return

  • Send an email to info@shopbeffortless.com with your Order Number and the name of the item you are returning (you can find this information in your confirmation email from the original order).
  • We will email you a prepaid Shipping Label within 24 hours of receipt of your email.
  • Once we receive your package, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

How To Initiate An Exchange

  • Send an email to info@shopbeffortless.com with your order number, the name of the item you want to exchange, and the new size you want to exchange your original item for.
  • If we have your requested size in stock, we will send you a confirmation email and a prepaid Shipping Label to send us your exchange.
  • Once your exchange is received, we will package and ship the new item to the address we have on file for you (please allow up to 3 business days to complete this process). 

**Please Note: At this time, we are unable to honor item exchanges unless they are for the same style in a different size. If you receive your order and it's no longer the right fit for you, we invite you to take advantage of our Easy Returns & Exchanges Program. If there's something else you would rather have, you can initiate a new order which we will process normally.
